This house uses the latest advancements in technology to minimize energy and water expenditure. Located between the sea and lagoon. in the Mexican Caribbean.
Built in 300m2 the majority of the house is one floor shared by kitchen, dinning and living room, terraces, pool and three rooms. Beside the living room is the main bedroom with its private jacuzzi, a small terrace and a staircase that leads to the rooftop with chaise lounges a star gaze at night. In the opposite side of the house there are two smaller bedrooms with private terraces as well and their own bathrooms.
