This house uses the latest advancements in technology to minimize energy and water expenditure. Located between the sea and lagoon. in the Mexican Caribbean.

Built in 300m2 the majority of the house is one floor shared by kitchen, dinning and living room, terraces, pool and three rooms. Beside the living room is the main bedroom with its private jacuzzi, a small terrace and a staircase that leads to the rooftop with chaise lounges a star gaze at night. In the opposite side of the house there are two smaller bedrooms with private terraces as well and their own bathrooms.

At the rooftop there’s a terrace with a bar, a jacuzzi ideal to spend the afternoon and a second pool with its sundeck.

The facades are coated with an endemic material called Chukum tinted with a  greenish color that integrates perfectly with the colors of the inhabited ecosystem. The decks are made of Cumaru wood and the interior furniture are made mainly of huanacaxtle wood. Both are topical woods that resist this type of climate.

All the finishes were selected in collaboration with the architects. All  the furniture was designed with Priscilla Tierno except for some of the exterior furniture such as chairs that are from Mexa and Frame.
